Prove the platform on your first stores
✓Operator dashboard + drop-off board
✓Per-location card health (FasCard / mixed systems)
✓Tenant org + staff login
✓Customer site bridges (balance, loyalty, WDF pricing)
No. LaundryOS is a multi-tenant platform. The Laundry Place is our flagship in-production customer; new chains get the same core product with tenant-scoped configuration.
Do customer-facing websites stay on our brand?
Yes. Tenant sites keep your wordmark and domain. LaundryOS powers live card balance, loyalty tiers, wash-dry-fold pricing, and order lookup via documented bridges — and required Powered by LaundryOS attribution on those surfaces.
How is LaundryOS better than the tools it replaces?
Where LaundryOS consolidates FasCard admin, DexterLive, outsourced answering, legacy counter POS, or spreadsheet ops, the LaundryOS path is multi-store first: one cockpit, role queues, live customer bridges, and required platform attribution — not a thinner clone of a single vendor portal.
What integrations are included?
FasCard, DexterLive, Laundroworks/LaundryCard, Gusto-adjacent ops gates, AI phone handling, WhenIWork, and Google Business Profile workflows vary by tier and rollout phase.
How does onboarding work?
Provision org → connect integrations → configure roles → point your customer site at LaundryOS bridges. Pilot tenants typically start with 1–3 stores before fleet-wide rollout.
Does LaundryOS handle payroll or garnishments for us?
LaundryOS may include operational checklists and workflow tools. It does not provide legal or compliance advice, and does not replace your payroll provider, counsel, or agency instructions. Employers remain responsible for correct withholding and filings.
