1. Agreement

By using the LaundryOS.AI public website, submitting a demo request, or accessing an operator workspace, you agree to these Terms. Better Cards, LLC operates LaundryOS.AI. Production use by a laundromat chain additionally requires a separate written operator or subscription agreement when provided.

2. Service description

LaundryOS is a multi-tenant business software platform for laundromat operators, including dashboards, integrations, and optional customer-site data bridges. Features vary by tenant, tier, and rollout phase. Marketing pages describe intended capabilities; availability may differ during pilot onboarding.

3. No professional advice

LaundryOS provides operational software and checklists. It does not provide legal, tax, payroll, employment, or compliance advice. Employers remain responsible for wage withholding, garnishments, tax filings, and agency notices — including verification with counsel or the issuing agency.

4. Third-party services

FasCard, Laundroworks, LaundryCard, Ecobee, ComfortOS, Gusto, Google Business Profile, WhenIWork, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners. LaundryOS is not affiliated with or endorsed by those vendors unless stated in a signed agreement.

Integrations depend on third-party APIs, credentials, and your accounts with those vendors. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data accuracy at third-party systems.

5. Pricing & quotes

Published pricing tiers and feature lists are illustrative for evaluation. Binding fees, service levels (including any SLA), and scope require a written quote or signed agreement.

6. Operator access

Operator workspaces may be invitation-only per tenant. You must keep credentials confidential, use least-privilege roles, and sign out on shared devices. Operational data in the dashboard is confidential business information of the tenant organization.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape beyond documented public APIs, interfere with other tenants, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Pilot and early-access deployments may have limited support and uptime targets unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNDRYOS AND BETTER CARDS, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE MARKETING SITE OR PLATFORM. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least thirty (30) days after written notice of a dispute is sent via the demo request form.

Small claims. Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court.

Venue. Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Individual claims only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this restriction is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, it is severed for that claim only and the remainder of these Terms stays in effect.
