Who we are

The LaundryOS.AI public website and demo request flow are operated by Better Cards, LLC("LaundryOS", "we", "us"). This policy covers information collected through public marketing pages (not signed-in operator workspaces, which are governed by your operator agreement).

What we collect

• Demo requests: name, work email, company name, location count, tier interest, optional message, submission timestamp, and browser user-agent string.
• Sign-in (operators): account credentials and session data for authorized users — see Terms for workspace confidentiality.
• Technical logs: standard server and error logs may include IP address and request metadata for security and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (health, government IDs, payment cards) through the public demo form. Do not submit card numbers or employee SSNs in demo messages.

• Respond to demo and pilot inquiries
• Evaluate fit for LaundryOS onboarding
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and platform
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

Legal basis & consent

For business-to-business demo requests, we rely on your consent (checkbox at submit) and our legitimate interest in operating a commercial software business. You may withdraw consent for future sales contact via the demo request form.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Demo submissions are stored on our systems and may be emailed to authorized LaundryOS staff for follow-up. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Demo inquiries are retained for a reasonable period to manage sales and onboarding records, then deleted or archived unless a longer period is required for an active customer relationship or legal obligation.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of demo information via the demo request form. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to verification and applicable law.

Children

LaundryOS marketing and operator tools are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
